race relation

for the past week we saw 2 important reform bills past by the parliament even with such a big apprehension and disquite among the opposition member of parliament. while the opposition member saw a lot of weaknesses that can let to abuse later, the government site simply brushed it off and claiming the victory of what they called it as a reform.

today, Pak Lah proudly announce in the paper that this is the victory of BN government and announcing that a few more reform will come before he step down. the reform that he want to do is to generate a better tie between muslim and non muslim in our country.

While no one cant deny that the relationship between muslim and non muslim in our country is somewhat comfortable but still there are undercurrent that can jeopardized the casual relation. I, myself believe that all this undercurrent that could threatened the relation is some how attributed by our own leaders up there. playing with the racial cards is somehow their mainstay of achieving power and popularity. Majority of them are always speaking only for their own race and never speak as a one voice. how many time that we see they speak as one. whether they are from the opposition or the government, it is difficult to see they speak for all.

i can not deny that the opposition are trying to come out from this kind of destructive practice but so much still need to be done. I really hope that PAS can come out out from this kind of politics and fight for all in the name of ALLAH coz i really believe that no one can do it without the guidance of Al Quran and As sunnah that PAS has always say that they are strictly follow. if PAS can do this, Islam will again prevail . INSYA ALLAH
